Privacy Policy

General information
This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, processing and protection of personal data of persons using forms available on the website https://rolvision.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). The Website is operated by Rolvision Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Szczęśliwa 50, 80-176 Gdańsk, registered under the Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9571172756 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).
The Website contains two contact forms, in which the following personal data is collected:

- Name and surname of the contact person
- Address: postal code, town and street of the house/registered office
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Company name (optional)
- Company tax identification number (optional)
This data is collected solely for the purpose of enabling contact with the user, processing inquiries and fulfilling other purposes related to the functionality of the forms.
Purpose of data processing
The personal data of users of the Website are collected and processed for the following purposes:
- Responses to inquiries sent via contact forms.
- Fulfillment of the contract, if the inquiry concerns services provided by the Administrator.
- Storing data for later analysis or contact (e.g. in the case of continuing the conversation).
Protection of personal data
Forms on the Website are secured with reCAPTCHA v3 technology, which is used to protect against abuse and ensure the security of transmitted data. In order to verify inhumane actions, reCAPTCHA collects data on the user’s interaction with the form, including information on the device the user is using and the user’s location (IP address).
Saving data in the database
Personal data from contact forms are saved in the Site’s database using the CF7 Database Addon plugin. This data is stored in the Site’s administration panel for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, and for archival purposes.
Sharing personal data
The Administrator does not share the personal data of users of the Site with third parties, unless it is required by law or when it is necessary to perform the contract (e.g. cooperation with courier companies, IT service providers). Personal data may also be shared with entities processing it on behalf of the Administrator, such as hosting service providers or site management system operators.
Data storage period
Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, no longer than for the period [e.g. 3 years] from the last contact or inquiry.
User rights
Users of the Site have the right to:
- Access their personal data and correct it.
- Request the deletion of their personal data if this data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Restrict the processing of their personal data.
- Transfer their personal data to another administrator.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Administrator reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on the Site, and the date of the last update will be visible at the beginning of this Policy.
